But Troy’s more than just a public adjuster, he’s a coach, a mentor, and a relentless advocate for claim professionals looking to sharpen their skills and command top-tier fees.
Corey Locke, Senior Instructor

Corey brings precision and firepower to the Institute, drawing on his vast background in catastrophe response, appraisal hearings, and high-stakes negotiations. He’s worked for carriers. He’s worked for policyholders. And now, he works for you. Corey’s style is tough, thorough, and rooted in real-world experience, not just textbook theories.
